Alongside the sequel announcement, Telltale also revealed that a remastered version of the original The Wolf Among Us will launch before the sequel arrives, giving both returning players and newcomers the chance to experience the story that started it all.
Originally released in 2013, The Wolf Among Us quickly became a fan favourite thanks to its gritty noir atmosphere, memorable cast of characters, and unique take on the world of Fables. Set in a hidden community where fairy tale characters live among ordinary humans, the game followed Sheriff Bigby Wolf as he investigated a series of murders across Fabletown.
While Telltale built a reputation on narrative adventures such as The Walking Dead, many fans still consider The Wolf Among Us to be one of the studio's finest works.
